Our Story
Just as every individual has a story, our church has a story. And just as every good story has a hero, the hero of our story is Jesus.
Our story is not a story of great people doing great things; rather, it is a story of God’s power and grace moving through broken people. We are a church of people loved by God, desperately needy of Jesus, and deeply burdened to see the Holy Spirit spread God’s fame throughout St. Petersburg and beyond.

Since our inception, we have been committed to building a community that treasures Christ as King and displays His truth, beauty and love to St. Petersburg and the nations. Here’s a glimpse of where we’ve come from and where we’re headed:
Our Launch
On October 2, 2022, we met for our first worship service in the Fellowship Hall of Legacy Church at North East Park.
Serving the St. Pete Community
In July 2022 , our faith family at Covenant Hope Church, joined by the student ministry of Canopy Roads Baptist Church, hosted in our first church-wide outreach weekend, where we volunteered at Next Stepp Pregnancy Center, packed back-to-school bags for local teachers at North Shore Elementary School, and hosted a Back-2-School Bash in St. Pete for local students and families.
Our church family continues to serve local ministries, like Next Stepp Pregnancy Center, through various outreach activities throughout the year.
